The main protagonist of Hunter x Hunter. Gon is an athletic, rustic, and friendly young boy who had longed dreamed of becoming a Hunter like his father, Ging Freecss. In fact, the main reason Gon joined the Hunter Exam was so he could find Ging, and to see why he valued being a Hunter more than taking care of his own son.
