由良 (Named after the Yura River near Kyoto) Yura is the fourth Nagara-class light cruiser in Kantai Collection. Yura has green eyes and very long pink hair in a ponytail. Said ponytail is wrapped full-length with a black ribbon and is secured by an array of guns (Kumano has a similar set up). She also has hair flaps.
