Asami Sato is a character in The Legend of Korra, an American animated television series created by Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino. She is voiced by Seychelle Gabriel. Asami is the only child of the wealthy industrialist Hiroshi Sato and his wife, Mrs. Sato. Despite her family's wealth, Asami was raised with humble values and developed a strong work ethic from a young age. She attended Future Industries' engineering school, where she eventually became the company's chief executive officer (CEO).
