One of the main characters of the Idolmaster series. A smart, cool 18-year-old who was originally an intern for 765 Production, but later promoted to idol due to lack of idols scouted. Industrious and focused, Ritsuko also handles the business side of her career. She hopes to become a producer herself, and in some games, actually is one.
